FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Our contract lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Any item purchased with any discount is a final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only items damaged at reception can be refunded or exchanged. No order is eligible for cancellation.

Other non-refundable and exchangeable items:

* "Carte-blanche" clothing

* Personalized clothing (orders placed by dm on Instagram)
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products



To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your traded product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.





FOR BUSINESSES

Our contract is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order was sent, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only clothing and accessories provided by our team are eligible for an exchange or refund. In other words, if you already had the clothes and accessories in your possession before sending them to the workshop, they are neither exchangeable nor refundable. No order is eligible for cancellation after payment.
