FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE
Our contract lasts 30 days . If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Any item purchased at any discount is a final sale .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only items damaged upon receipt can be refunded or exchanged . No order is eligible for cancellation.
Other non-refundable or exchangeable items:
* “Carte-blanche” clothing
* Personalized clothing (orders placed by dm on Instagram)
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
FOR COMPANIES
Our contract lasts 14 days . If 14 days have passed since your order was sent, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only clothing and accessories provided by our team are eligible for an exchange or refund . In other words, if you already had the clothes and accessories in your possession before sending them to the workshop, these are neither exchangeable nor refundable . No order is eligible for cancellation following payment.

* Delivery fees
* Costs for matrices, films, or graphics
* Downloadable software products
